my role: Benelux Project Manager for the “One Healthcare Service” project, consolidating both the Diagnostics service team and the Medical Imaging service team.
Result: with a total (one-off) investment of 420k€ over a period of 3 years, we achieved a yearly recurring cost reduction of 620k€
