    Example 1

    My role: restructure and lead the EMEA Service Team, and transform the service team from a cost-center into a profit-center. Direct reports: 3 Teamleads, total reports 17. Teamleads manage the Hardware Specialist, Application/Print Specialist, and Platemaking Team.

    Result: after an “overall” initial dip of 12 points in the engagement survey in 2024, due to the drastic changes the organization went through, we regained 9 points in 2025. We also implemented and trained the team on a 5-point yearly review process with SMART objectives instead of the existing 3-point system with generic targets, allowing us to set up training- and development plans.

    Example 2

    My role: set up and lead the 1st Stago Service Business Unit North and Easter-Europe, after the decentralization of 2nd level support out of France. Direct reports: 2 Service Managers (Germany), the Distributor Support Team, and the Benelux team. Total reports (direct + indirect) 35. The Service Managers managed the Hardware Specialists, and the Application and Hotline Team.

    Result: increased local knowledge by developing the local 2nd level support team, resulting in a 10% faster resolution rate and a 4% increase of employee satisfaction rate.
